The service was amazing! The staff were always there to help and truly took the whole experience from 0 to 10.
A huge thank you to Victor for all his help. It really felt like there was always someone we could turn to. He was attentive, caring, and genuinely cared about the hotel, the guests, and their overall experience.
The breakfast was very disappointing and quite limited. I actually booked this hotel specifically because of the breakfast I had experienced here before, so it was very disappointing to find out that it had completely changed.
It’s a shame that this change isn’t communicated clearly in advance, as it can be misleading for returning guests. Unfortunately, without the previous breakfast experience, I don’t feel the hotel is worth coming back to.

מלון מעוצב יפה, שירות נעים, מיקום מצוין, נקי ומסודר.
קשה מאוד למצוא חניה באיזור. והחניון בתשלום יקר מאוד. הבריכה קטנה ונמוכה ממה שנדמה בתמונה.

המיקום נהדר ממש מטר מכיכר דיזינגוף, החדרים גדולים נקיים יפים. הצוות היה נהדר. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה, מרגיז שעל תוספת של שתי ביצים עלומות לקחו 44 ש"ח.
הבריכה על הגג נהדרת אבל המקום מסביב לא גדול, וגם לא הקפידו שלא יהיו בתוך הבריכה אנשים עם משקאות. היו כמה בחורים ממש שיכורים שזה לטעמי במלון שמנסה להיות "בסטייל" ממש לא לעניין. וגם בקושי מצאנו כסאות לשבת עליהם מסביב לבריכה.

הצוות היה נחמד מאוד, עוגיות טעימות בקבלה.
קיבלתי את החדר בקומה של הקבלה , אין אווירה אינטימית והרגשה שאני ממש על הלובי.
בנוסף ביקשתי מגהץ ולא קיבלתי משום מה .
