Clean and well appointed. Beds were nice and comfortable and the little welcome gifts were very nice.
Parking is an issue. The garage was not large enough for a bigger 4WD and we were spoken to abruptly by a tenant over parking on the premises. Off street parking isn’t easy and we had to walk some distance which was difficult when we were travelling for business and had multiple larger items to take out of the vehicle each evening and take with us each morning.

Very comfortable and quiet, beds comfy, view of water, foreshore 2 minute walk away, lock up garage, bikes to ride, Air Con and ceiling fans in every room, welcome bottle of champagne

All about location!
Spotlessly clean, well fitted out with everything you need for a stay.
Having to submit proof of identity to the managing real estate agents after non refundable period had been reached.
A photo was expected to be submitted via email, I found this invasive. Showed my license when collecting keys.
