Very nice unit. The 1 br was a bit small for 3, but would have been ideal for 2. Nice location, nice pool and hot tubs. Quiet location with views. Easy drive into Sedona. I highly recommend. My only criticism is that we had to wait (about 20 minutes?) to get a parking pass from the time share sales staff. This could have been given by the check-in staff. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Very nicely landscaped, nice pool area and the kid free hot tub was a bonus. The units are small but well equipped. I would have preferred the bathroom be cleaner - nothing awful just baseboards. Nice place and good value for the money. The Italian restaurant on site was a bonus.

Loved the cottage. Clean and well organized. The pool and hot tub were a welcome treat at the end of the day and the restaurant on site was very good.

The place was clean while taken care of. We loved the mini golf in the pool.
