Here, there is no overlooking and no noise — only space, light, and a gentle way of living.
Just a few minutes from Poitiers, the Futuroscope, and the Vallée des Singes wildlife park, the property perfectly combines disconnection with accessibility.

The house comfortably hosts families and groups in a friendly and comfortable setting.

• A large 40 m² ground-floor bedroom featuring:

• A ground-floor bedroom with:

• A loft-style upstairs bedroom (⚠️ reduced ceiling height), ideal for children or teenagers, featuring:

2 bathrooms on the ground floor (shower and bathtub)
1 bathroom upstairs

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental.
