The community and the condo were very clean! Besides a couple of days when the second elevator wasn’t working, we didn’t have any troubles traveling up and down to the ninth floor. The parking lot also had plenty of spots. The location is awesome, with three pools and right on the water. Walking distance to several attractions and right next-door to pineapple willies. The view from the condo is also amazing and we spent quite a few evenings watching the sunset. There are a few things that I wish had been different. Number one the bed is a queen size bed so it’s a little tight for two people. Also, the door to the bathroom is a barn door and the only access is through the bedroom so if you’re staying with anyone else who is sleeping on the pull out couch it can be very disruptive and there’s not a lot of privacy because there is a large gap between the barn door and the wall so the light can be very disruptive as well. There are no curtains on the windows which would’ve been nice because a lot of light comes in to the bedroom at night through the blinds and if you have anyone sleeping in the living room, there are no curtains or blinds. The kitchen and the bathroom are very nicely, updated, and well stocked. My only other suggestion would be to have a dresser somewhere in the condo for storage because there is no place to put clothes besides a very small closet and it would’ve been nice if hangers were provided.

Our views were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall a great room. The floor and fan in the dinning room where a little dirty. Didn't like how we couldn't drop the a/c below 70. All the check in and out was super easy. We loved how it was stocked with everything like we lived there. This is our favorite building to stay in and we'll definitely check availability for this room when we come back.

Nice location. Clean for the most part. But I’ve never been to such a poorly stocked rental. Most places leave spices, foil, extra coffees, creamer, etc. this place had four pods for a six day stay for two people. Could’ve used extra blankets (not even a throw blanket), more towels. There weren’t even swim towels. This was bare bones minimum. We’ve been to places that keep over the door organizers with everything you could need like toothpaste, toothbrushes, bandages, sunscreen, aloe, Tylenol, etc. Kitchens with coffee enough for the whole stay, creamer, sugar, many different spices. Even snacks and water/ sodas. We never take advantage of, but it’s nice to have just in case. Too bright in the bedroom with an outside light right next to it; needs room darkening curtains or something. When you spend that much, you expect more. Also, while there was a broom, there was no dustpan or I would have swept before leaving. Swept some sand a couple times and had to try to pick up with paper towels. I’m assuming this is owned by the property and not a private person? I think renting from people who own a place you get much better hospitality. I’ll be sure to check that next time.
