But the highlight awaits just outside: your own covered porch with a private hot tub overlooking the woods. Deer Trail is a wonderful cabin and yes we did have deer visit during our stay. We did have a little trouble with the door lock but was very quickly taken care of. This was our second stay, first one was at Coyote Den and we were not disappointed either time.

Everything was perfect! This is the 2nd year in a row we’ve stayed here and celebrated our 18th anniversary this year. Only thing I would change is the shower pressure, but otherwise, perfect for a get away together. I also, suggest visiting the lookout mountain creamery!

Beautiful place!! Love being out in nature and not feeling crowded. There’s plenty of wildlife and scenery to put outdoor lovers in a trance here.
