Unit 107 puts the ocean on display with a wall of windows in this privately owned studio condo, as well as a ground-level patio steps away from an easy, private staircase to the beach. Up to 4 people fit comfortably in this space, with a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed. A walk-in shower and a fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized appliances, in addition to the amenities offered by the HOA (Wi-Fi, cable, and indoor pool) make D Sands Condominiums the perfect destination! This condo has a full kitchen with the basics: cookware, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and appliances.
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
Please note: This is on the ground floor, but there is one large step into the unit; the front door threshold is not level with the parking lot.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

My husband and I went for our 21st anniversary. I think that room may have been the best room on the property. Ground floor, so no stairs to haul the luggage up. I could park right by my room. The pool and hot tub were close by. The stairs to the beach were right outside my back door. The bed was a little smaller than I would have liked, but it was super comfortable. I didn't wake up at all in the middle of the night. The only issues was that one of the chairs was wobbly and felt like if you sat in it that it was going to fall apart. The other issue is that there was hair still in the shower from previous tenants. Overall, our stay was amazing. I would like to bring the family next time.

Nice clean rooms, great view, couldn't be closer to the beach! Some road noise but small price to pay.
