• Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen bed, streaming TV, ¾ bath, pool access.
• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): King bed, streaming TV, ¾ bath, lagoon-view patio.
• Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): King bed, streaming TV, ¾ bath, lagoon-view patio.

• Two pools: lagoon-front + secluded backyard.
• Spacious living area with lagoon views.
• Fully equipped kitchen + dining space.
• Upper-level patio with 360° island views.
• Outdoor lounge, BBQ, and sun deck.
Our Boat Service
Included: 3 round-trip boat rides to San Pedro town and 1 free round-trip to secret beach (9 AM–10 PM)
Extra trips: $15 USD one-way or $30 round-trip after the included rides
Late-night or early-morning boat fee of $30 USD

The house is beautiful with 2 great pools and fully equipped. Having Capt Striker and the Villa boat at our disposal was fantastic. Marilyn was great and handled all of our island details , shopping , reservations, air transfers etc.Those 2 made our trip very easy and relaxing.
