There is one bedroom with a 130x190 bed and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed (160x200). The apartment features a bathroom with private toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Renovated in July 2025, it offers reversible air conditioning, fan, TV, high-speed fiber internet with Wi-Fi for video calls, a washing machine, and step-free elevator access.

Quiet is required after 10 p.m., including on the terrace and in outdoor areas, in accordance with residence rules.



The train station, marina, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Between Nice and Antibes, this seaside resort offers water activities such as boat rental, jet skiing, and tubing. Nice Airport is a 10-minute drive away. A leisure park with a children’s adventure course is accessible by car. The Marina has a 24/7 reception and security, with a spa and wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools opening soon.
