Starry Ridge | Quiet Luxury Retreat Inside Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure

Tucked behind the gates of Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure, Starry Ridge is a refined mountain retreat designed for guests who appreciate elevated comfort, spacious gathering spaces, and effortless access to golf, wellness, lake days, and unforgettable evenings under the stars.

With more than 4,800 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this Mountain Modern home is ideal for golf groups, wedding weekends, multi-generational family vacations, and upscale group retreats. Four spacious king suites offer privacy and comfort for adult guests, while additional twin accommodations in the upstairs game room and dedicated bunk space create flexibility for families traveling with children.

The heart of the home is the expansive Great Room, where a gas fireplace, soaring ceilings, and comfortable seating create an inviting atmosphere for gathering after a day on the course or the lake. The adjoining chef’s kitchen features generous counter seating, premium finishes, and a separate dining area designed for shared meals and long conversations.
Outdoor living is equally exceptional. The main deck offers seasonal mountain and lake views, a private hot tub, and seamless access to a screened porch with its own gas fireplace — the perfect setting for cool mountain evenings, morning coffee, or late-night stargazing. An upstairs king suite opens to a private covered balcony with even more dramatic views of the surrounding mountains.

Entertainment spaces throughout the home make Starry Ridge especially well suited for extended stays and group travel. The upstairs game room features shuffleboard, poker table, arcade gaming, and a large Smart TV, while the garage game space includes ping pong for additional family fun. Every bedroom includes its own Smart TV, and high-speed fiber internet easily supports streaming, remote work, and multiple devices throughout the home.
