Our group of six women had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Istanbul. The location is excellent, and the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well furnished, with three queen bedrooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a lovely balcony for drying clothes. The host was responsive through the booking platform and WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours. He honored the listing and promptly replaced a broken coffee maker, although the teapot was never replaced.Several areas need improvement. The kitchen could use more dishes, utensils, towels, a dish rack, strainers, and a sanitizing spray for cleaning. Two additional dining chairs would allow all six guests to eat together comfortably. The kitchen sink leaks onto the floor and should be repaired to prevent damage to the wood flooring. Brighter evening lighting would also improve the apartment.Another concern was the airport transportation arranged through the host. The driver did not arrive for our 3:45 a.m. pickup. Fortunately, a nearby hotel receptionist kindly helped us get a taxi, which arrived quickly and cost much less.Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay because of the excellent location, spacious accommodations, and the host's responsiveness. We would stay here again and have already recommended the apartment to friends and family.

Our contact person, Berta, was always available. Early check-in and late check-out were possible. The apartment is located in a very nice area, with many shops and attractions nearby. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We would gladly return.

Had the potential to be so much more. Lounge was very spacious, clean and as the photos. Unfortunately if you had the blinds up people could see straight into the room, lighting not bright enough to be able to read properly. Kitchen very clean but very poorly equipped. Chipped mugs, and an odd assortment of glasses etc. Nothing matched. No basics in the kitchen which are quite normal and to be expected now days. Not even some cheap coffee or tea sachets were provided.Bedrooms were fine and so was the larger bathroom though all round the shower tray was black and just needed attention. The smaller shower room was smelly, and had a massive damp patch on the ceiling. Two toilet rolls provided for 4 people, two sample shower gel and some hand soap. Either provide something acceptable or don’t provide at all. They just looked like cheap leftovers. The position of the apartment was good, and with a coat of paint and the basics improved it could offer so much more. But it fell short. The heating was good, plenty of hot water and when we asked for bath towels which had not been provided the lady had them delivered the next morning. Could have been a lot better for the money we spent.
