Located in a small quiet village, you can discover the marshes on foot or by bike which are home to storks, pond turtles, herons etc... as well as a Romanesque church from the 12th century, you will have a view of the marshes and the bell tower of the church of Marennes impregnable You will be 15 minutes from Royan, Rochefort, Marennes, Saujon and the 1st shopping center 10 minutes away. The island of Ôleron is 20 minutes away and the other coastal beaches are the same distance. Ronce les Bains, Mornac-sur-Seudre one of the prettiest villages in France, Brouage.... you will have plenty of things to discover.
We have arranged blackout curtains so that you spend a most restful night... the Italian shower will bring you well-being and space! We have a microwave oven, a programmable coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
es large beaches with fine sand as far as the eye can see, the lighthouses of La Coubre to discover, the lighthouse of Cordouan.... also the oyster beds, the Marennes Oléron is our home! You can attend the various parties organized in the evening with music on the beach of Royan etc.... you can't be bored here... if you are a couple or with a child or if you want a more relaxing holiday, this is the place to be! You will see the famous Fort Boyard, excursions are organized to go around but all this you will find in our cottage because we have collected everything for you about our beautiful Charente-Maritime!
Our accommodation includes a main room with mezzanine where are the 2 beds 1 of 160x200 and 1 of 90×200! I do not provide bed linen or towels! You will have 3 pillows of 65×65, 1 large duvet and 1 smaller one!
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils. The bathroom has toilets included and a washing machine!
It is a family house partly renovated by a carpenter and cabinetmaker and we have taken over to make it a mix of Charentais and seaside...
We will welcome Jean-Marie, Salomé and myself to our little nest ourselves! Handing over the keys, inventory of fixtures etc
We were forced not to accept our animal friends because there are already 3 cats here and 1 dog. We will do everything to make sure that they do not come to see you. They are not allowed to this part of the garden.
