Stunning sea view attic
L’attico, appena ristrutturato, si trova sul lungomare di Portoscuso proprio di fronte al porticciolo. Oltre a 2 splendidi terrazzi panoramici, è dotato di un ampio soggiorno, cucina, bagno e due spaziose camere da letto per un totale di 90 mq.
Per la sua posizione strategica, tra l'isola di San Pietro e quella di Sant'Antioco, il piccolo paese costiero di Portoscuso è la base ideale per visitare un angolo di Sardegna ancora poco conosciuto e lontano dai flussi turistici. Il Sulcis Iglesiente è un territorio in cui predomina una natura potente e selvaggia, con spiagge modellate dal vento, alte scogliere e un mare cristallino, ma anche ricco di importanti siti archeologici e minerari: perfetto per una vacanza rilassante in qualsiasi periodo dell’anno.
Il riscaldamento a gas è una spesa extra e costa 4 Euro/mc

Really pleasant and spacious first floor apartment above a B&B accommodation. Property Manager met us on arrival and owner lived on ground floor. Two balconies that overlooked the harbour and a short walk to restaurants and town centre where lots going on (music festival from 21st to 28th June which was brilliant with different types of music every night and all free). Beaches close to hand and good location to explore other parts of Sardinia.

It was an amazing stay. The apartment is professionally arranged. we also got the first day a free breakfast downstairs at B&B. It has two beautiful light badrooms, the city is cute, the owner kindly explained us a lot of travel possibilities from this location and was really friendly and professional. Me and my boyfriend really loved the stay!

we loved the apartment-it was so spacious and clean and the views of the harbour from the house and the 2 balconies were amazing.we loved watching the spectacular sunsets every evening.this was the best apartment we have aver stayed in,
Carmela was lovely and most welcoming and we certainly give this apartment 5 stars!

We have been there in Mai. We found a great apartment. It has been verry nice, clean and had a nice view over the harbour. The two terraces gives you the possibility to sit either in the sun or in the shadow. The lady who has been in charge has been verry friendly. The sorroundings are in our opinium sometimes even spectacular. Especailly the way to Porto Flavia. Theré you will find some views which are just amazingly . We can highly recommand the Flat. Everthing is just perfect.
