Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has a cozy living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a peaceful patio and backyard. We are just 1/2 mile from University of Arkansas campus and is easily walkable to the Razorback Football Stadium. Adventure out a little further and you will be in the center of Downtown Fayetteville to enjoy our entertainment district, historic square, and many shops and eateries. At home, enjoy luxury amenities for 8 guests!

When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating and large windows looking into the wooded back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make a meal or just a good cup of coffee.
Outside, take in the fresh air or eat al fresco from our patio and large peaceful backyard!
When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms:
(1) The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a King size bed, closet, and a large en suite bathroom.
(2) The second bedroom is downstairs and features a King size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) The third bedroom is downstairs and features 2 Queen size beds, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
* The living room couch also pulls into a Queen-sized bed.
Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Fire pit is not operational.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.

home is super clean and outdoor space is super spacious, only complaint would be the parking, I drive a regular suspension car and the driveway was super rough. I would recommend riding in a rented vehicle if you do not have a truck to use.
