Just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, and more! Enjoy the complex’s shared pool (heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day).

- 3 bedrooms - 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds (trundle)
- 2 bathrooms
- There is 1 reserved parking spot for a small/medium size car located in the garage. Otherwise, there is free street parking located on the street. Keep in mind a spot may be hard to come by during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Ocean view balcony with outdoor seating and BBQ

Aptos is a coastal gem nestled in Santa Cruz County. With its stunning beaches, including Rio del Mar and Seacliff State Beach, it's a haven for sun-seekers and surf enthusiasts. This charming town boasts a laid-back vibe, a mix of boutique shops, and a vibrant dining scene, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. The iconic Cement Ship at Seacliff Beach is a must-see, and nearby forested parks like Nisene Marks offer hiking and biking trails. Aptos combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- The share pool in the complex is comfortably heated (approx. 82-84 degrees) from Memorial Day through Labor Day, offering a refreshing swim in the warmer months. Outside of this period, it’s unheated, but still open for those who love a brisk dip!
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

A fantastic apartment with an amazing view. Fully equipped, clean, and well designed. There's a bit of a hill to the beach and neighborhood restaurants but even my old knees managed it. Pro-Tip - take the smallest bedroom and wake up to a view of the ocean!

A nicely-renovated condo in a good location with a balcony overlooking the bay. Lots of communications from the team regarding policies and procedures, and to check on us.

Was told no stairs, 18 steps up dragging luggage..Difficult for folks in their 80’s..No parking for more than one car. Good ocean view marred by Ugly view of building below. Nicely furnished. Kitchen very nice, upscale appliances .
