It was the perfect match for my mother and myself. The space was perfect for two. We enjoyed take out from the deli (2 blocks away) one night in the backyard. All good.

Adorable place to stay, located in a quiet neighborhood. Reserved street parking spot. Easy walk to downtown. Beautiful patio area, comfortable bed, cozy living room. Everything was clean and neat. Paul was very responsive when I reached out with a question. Because the rental is on street level, you can hear people walking outside quite clearly, as well as the upstairs tenants. However, the noise wasn't unreasonable and didn't affect our stay more than waking up once or twice each night. Would highly recommend if you're staying in San Diego and prefer a more residential area than downtown.
