The sofa in the living room can be pulled out and used as an additional bed.
Additional guests not included in the original reservation must be disclosed prior to arrival and are subject to a $50 per guest.
A headcount will be conducted at check-in.
Failure to notify of extra guests before arrival will result in a $200 penalty.

We were very pleased with this very clean and well maintained home. Nice-sized 3 BR with outdoor area to enjoy coffee in the morning. Location was very close proximity to our family gathering!The palm trees and beachy theme throughout were just a little extra vaca feel!We will be back.Thank you Tyson for your clear communication and expectations.

The house was PERFECT and in a beautiful, new neighborhood! The house was huge with three bedrooms, but the master suite itself is bigger than some apartments! I look forward to staying here again. We ended up with 5 adults instead of 7, but we still had a blast. Tyson supplied all the linens we would need and was very responsive and accommodating when I had a question. I highly recommend this VRBO!
