It is very well ventilated, at 50 m above sea level, we take advantage of the freshness of the trade winds, very sunny (facing due west).
You will be 150 m from the beach and 200 m from the maritime shuttle to Fort-de-France.
There are many shops nearby, including 2 car rental companies, restaurants, a bakery; all this within 200 metres.
