Znakomita lokalizacja, przyjemny wystrój, miły i uczynny personel, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony pokój;TAK TRZYMAĆ!

Wszystko ok

Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Restauracja na śniadania bardzo duża z dużą ilością stolików. Ryby pływające w stawie w wewnątrz restauracji dla dzieci mega rozrywka - można spokojnie zjeść ;) . Poprawne jedzenie. Pokój duży i komfortowy. Lokalizacja idealna. Obsługa przyjazna dla dzieci ( kolorowanki, cukierki, kredki dziękujemy ) Parking bardzo duży jednak przy ulicy z dostępem ewentualnych szukających wrażeń typów z pobliskiego baru i dworca, których w sobotni wieczór przy okazji meczy siatkówki było bardzo dużo. Myślę, że nie była to moja ostatnia wizyta. Obok Lidl także braki zapasów można uzupełnić spacerkiem.

Pokój nie był sprzątany pod łóżkami - pełno paluszków i innej żywności. Nie jest to jednak wina Pani sprzątającej ponieważ łózka są bardzo ciężkie, a przestrzeń mała. Myślę, że zarządzający powinien znaleźć na to rozwiązanie ponieważ mieszkając z malutkim dzieckiem to co zobaczyłem niechcący pod łóżkiem podbiło mnie na wymioty. Małokomofortwe doświadczenie.

Helpful staff. Big open hallways and staircases, with marble floors feel luxurious. Nice selection of breakfast choices, big open dining area with nice water feature.

Noise from the train station through the night, though not bad with windows closed.

Regular visitor here and it is consistently excellent.

the property is beautiful, we have stayed twice now and it is always immaculate. the breakfast is excellent and the staff are really helpful.

The hotel is in an old, characterful building in what seems to be a very central location in the town. A late-night check-in was handled quickly and cheerfully, something many hotels fall down on. Decor is impressive, the room was larger than I expected - indeed the bathroom was larger itself than some hotel bedrooms.

The downside of being located very close to the train station is that there are loud whistles from time to time, plus the noise of the trains. I'm a sound sleeper so it didn't bother me but might disturb others. I was at the end of the hotel nearest the railway so maybe request a room further away.
