We stayed in the villa with the private pool and found it hard to leave. The gardens are stunning, pool is larger than we expected for only two people and the room was nice. There was an enormous vat of drinking water in the kitchenette which was so useful.
I was a little uncertain of how we were supposed to contact the hosts throughout the stay, but they always seemed to be somewhere in the gardens or front yard, so this was never an issue.
If you are wanting a place near Lipah Beach and are okay with not having a sea view this place is great. There was lots of construction and roadworks going on while we were in Lipah, which dampened the experience a bit.

"Location to Lipah Beach. The property gardens were beautiful and well cared for. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Clean and simple villa, comfortable large bed with kitchen was all we needed. Insightfu..."
