This UNICORN checks all the boxes for your FANTASTIC FAMILY BEACH GETAWAY!!
-HEATED POOL DISCLOSURE: The large pool is wonderful but uses a lot of gas to heat. We charge $100 for the 1st day and $75 each additional consecutive day. You don't have to heat the pool for your entire stay, you can choose which days you want it heated. We will need a 48 hour notice to set it up. We heat the pool to 90 degrees which is warm but not hot like a hot tub. We run the heater from 8am to 6pm. It takes a few hours in the morning for it to get to temperature. The pool will stay warm in the evening for a few hours after it shuts off. Pool heating is only available between October and April.
*please note the first floor is fully connected to the 2nd and 3rd floors and is accessible via elevator within the house or by use of exterior stairs.

Family of 14 (8 adults, 6 children) had an incredible stay at this house. Plenty of space to be used with this many people. The private pool was way bigger than I expected and very clean. The golf cart and ice machine were both a great bonus. The host is very easy to work with and very responsive to any messages. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great time with family on Mother’s Day weekend. The 3 stories were perfect for our crew and stocked kitchen with snacks and coffee was a nice touch. Ping pong table able got some competition going and the golf cart made trips to the beach seamless. The outside decks plus lookout deck gave excellent views of the beach. Great place for a great time!

We booked Michelle's house last minute after our reservation was canceled in Galveston due to the hurricane. The house was wonderful!
We enjoyed our morning coffee on the rooftop. The teens stayed in the bunk room on the first floor. We loved the big dinning table. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, bowls, Tupperware, and high-end appliances. We had so much fun driving the golf cart and rented a 2nd from Bron's. It was so nice to drive right up to the beach... great for our multigenerational group. The pool was so nice after a long day at the beach! Will stay here again!

The beautiful property was as described and more! It was perfect for my friends and family to be able to stay in one place together. Everyone had their privacy. It was very comfortable and the views are so beautiful. My husband is disabled, not really able to climb up and down the stairs so, the elevator allowed him to be part of everything no matter what floor we were on. That really made us all so happy. The big pool was the best! The property manager was so amazing at keeping us posted on everything happing around us as far as the weather, Thank you so much Jayne! For everything. Had so much fun, definitely going to plan to come back. We absolutely loved it!
