The Citadel @ Tether & Tease is one of our two discreet studios for adult entertainment, located in a quiet suburb—just about 10–15 minutes from downtown Cape Town.

As Cape Town’s exclusive play space and BDSM & kink dungeon, Tether & Tease offers the unique opportunity to enjoy pleasure and accommodations at the same time—across a spacious area of up to 600 m².

Our studio is located in a recently constructed two-story building featuring industrial architecture and includes spacious rooms as well as various recreational areas. The facility has two separate entrances: one leads to the Fortress—a spacious loft with double-height ceilings—and the other to the Citadel—a more classic residential building. These areas can be booked either separately or together to accommodate our guests’ individual preferences.

We place the utmost importance on privacy and confidentiality. Our free, private parking lot is located behind high walls to ensure maximum security and discretion. In addition, strategically placed security cameras on the outdoor grounds and in the parking areas provide further protection.

Tether & Tease is not only aimed at passionate couples and individuals with a preference for BDSM, leather, or latex, but also at a broader audience. Our studio welcomes anyone who is curious and wishes to explore various role-playing scenarios or consensual erotic adventures.

Our studio meets the highest hygiene standards and offers several playrooms, bathrooms, a kitchenette, a lounge and bar area with a fireplace, a BDSM dungeon, as well as various themed rooms that have been thought out down to the smallest detail. These areas are furnished with an exclusive selection of high-quality furniture that has been passionately collected over the years by connoisseurs of the scene—a perfect fusion of desire and design.

This private and stylish venue was created to offer authentic and realistic settings. Guests keep coming back to immerse themselves even deeper in their fantasies. Tether & Tease is undoubtedly the premier destination for an unforgettable and luxurious sex vacation.

By offering our guests a retreat that frees them from everyday obligations, T&T creates a safe haven for desires—a place where individuals can focus on lust and pleasure, free from social constraints.
