Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our high-quality, non-smoking attic apartment in a quiet location in Reit im Winkl. The main apartment sleeps up to four people and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living/dining area. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove—complete with firewood—ensure a cozy atmosphere. Two southwest-facing balconies offer plenty of sunshine and mountain views.
For five or six guests, a separate 20-m² apartment is also available, featuring a bedroom, refrigerator, coffee maker, and breakfast dishes. A crib, high chair, stroller, and hiking carrier are available upon request. Dogs are welcome by arrangement; other pets are not permitted.
The town center, shopping, public transportation, and the ski bus are all within easy walking distance. A garage for bicycles and skis, ski boot warmers, and storage spaces are provided. Free Wi-Fi and a private laundry room with a washer and dryer are available. Please note: The apartment is located on the 1st floor and does not have an elevator.

This high-quality, fully furnished attic apartment, together with the adjacent apartment, accommodates 2–6 guests. The main apartment, which accommodates up to 4 guests, features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as two bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and sink; a bathtub is also available.
In the living/dining area, you’ll find distinctive architecture, leather sofas, a dining table for 6 people, and a wood-burning stove (wood included). The fully equipped brand-name kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and egg cooker.
For 5–6 guests, there is also the adjacent apartment, approximately 20 m², with its own entrance: double bed, shower room, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee maker, breakfast dishes, and a balcony with a view of the Kaiser. The main apartment and the adjacent apartment are also connected via a balcony.
Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, dish towels, and a basic supply of cleaning products are provided free of charge. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. Bicycles and skis can be stored in the garage, which features a ski boot heater; parking spaces are located in front of the property. A crib, high chair, stroller, and hiking carrier are available upon request. Top floor, no elevator.
Reit im Winkl is situated at an elevation of about 700 meters in a sunny high valley of the Chiemgau Alps—surrounded by mountain forests, alpine pastures, and a breathtaking panorama. The temperate high-altitude climate ensures pleasant temperatures and cool nights in the summer. Hiking trails, bike routes, and nature experiences begin practically right outside the front door.
In winter, Reit im Winkl delights visitors with an extensive network of cross-country ski trails spanning over 100 kilometers in the valley and at higher elevations. The cross-border Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski area, with about 42 kilometers of slopes, is practically right outside the door and offers ideal conditions for families, leisure skiers, and athletic skiers.
The location is also excellent for day trips: Depending on traffic, Lake Chiemsee and Kufstein are about 30 to 40 minutes away, Kitzbühel in about 45 minutes, and Salzburg in about an hour. A vacation in Reit im Winkl beautifully combines nature, winter sports, hiking, culture, and the Bavarian-Tyrolean way of life.
We’re from Düsseldorf, and in 2016 we fulfilled a long-cherished dream: our own home in Bavaria, nestled in the beautiful mountain landscape of Reit im Winkl. Since then, as a family with three children and our dog, we’ve been spending as much time here as possible and continue to enjoy the special blend of nature, tranquility, and the Bavarian way of life.
