This is the second time in a 30 day period that I have stayed here! My goodness there are so many positive characteristics of this home. First of all it’s just so open, uncluttered and visually appealing. The landscaping is 5 star. The terraced yard has so many beautiful plants which combine with the clean lines and interesting textures to create a peaceful oasis. In the daytime you can listen to birds and sit down on the modern outdoor furniture in the plentiful shade. In the evening the up lights and fairy lights create a moody, intimate atmosphere for relaxing with friends and family. We enjoyed several more evenings of incredible sunsets and views during our stay. I really can’t say enough positive things about the gorgeous location and views! This home is immaculate and has everything we needed for a special visit to Salt Lake City. Our host, Adam, is warm, inviting, professional and responsive. It was such a pleasure to be a guest in his home!

We had an amazing stay here with our family. The home’s mid-century design and clean, modern aesthetic made it feel both stylish and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, and the space had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The views overlooking the entire valley were absolutely stunning — especially at sunset. It was the perfect backdrop for relaxing mornings and evenings together. With the owners’ permission, we also hosted a small dinner party with family and friends, and the home could not have been better suited for entertaining. The layout, ambiance, and indoor-outdoor flow made gathering everyone together feel effortless and memorable.Overall, this was the perfect place to host, unwind, and enjoy time with loved ones. We wil absolutely be staying here again! In fact our next visit is already booked!

Me and a couple of friends came to town for an eventful yet relaxing weekend, and Adam made sure it was nothing short of just that. Every aspect of the home was just astoundingly beautiful. My friends and I would definitely recommend staying here, and we are already planning something else for an excuse to come back.

Adam’s property was the perfect place to spend a week. It had everything thing you could want in terms of comfort, amenities, and location — all with a spectacular view!
