This is a lovely apartment in a great location! The host was very accommodating and friendly.

The apartment is within walking distance of the major sites. The apartment could use some updates, such as new bed sheets and shower plumbing in the downstairs bathroom.

The apartment is situated on a narrow lane in the centre of Seville. The apartment itself was ideal for the 3 pertsons staying there as we all had an individual bedroom with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and two showers, the upstairs bathroom being particularly nice. It is a short walk to the Mushrooms and about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral and the river, which makes it an ideal base. There are a number of good bars and restaurants nearby to cater for all tastes and budgets and a really well stocked Carrefour Express supermarket just around the corner. The only downside we found was that because of the narroww alleys and tall buildings, you tend to hear people going to work early morning who seem to be unable to moderate the volume of their voice and shout their conversations. This is no fault with the apartment, but is just part and parcel of living in such confined areas of Spain. I am sure that hotels in the area suffer the same, so don't let this put you off. I certainly managed to get back to sleep in one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in! All in all, we had a great time in Seville and for the price, this was a great place to stay and good value.

Juan Antonio was a great host and easynto get a hold of. Hisnwife offered a numbernof great restaurant suggestions. The aprtment was clean and well appointed with plenty ofnroom. Itnis centrally located and we walked wverywhere! A MUST staynof yiu're going to Sevilla!

The property was clean, great location, as advertised. Juan and his wife were very helpful. The light went off during our stay and Juan was very responsive and able to help us switch it back on within 5 mins. The rooms has AC that kept the rooms very cold during the hot August month. We were able to walk everywhere from the property. We had a very pleasant stay and would re-book with them in the future.

This is the neighborhood we love in Seville. The restaurants and shops in the Plaza Alfalfa are just around the corner and the Setas are a short walk. It is easy to walk to the historic area. The living space in the apartment was perfect for our family of four and the bedrooms are comfy and cool with AC that worked even when the temperatures topped 100F.

The apartment was as described. Large, modern, clean. It is partially below ground but very well lit. The location is fabulous, walking distance to everything. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Passamos dias muito agradáveis em Sevilha hospedados na habitação do Juan.
Assim que chegamos nos comunicamos com o Juan por WhatsApp e fomos muito bem recebidos pela sua esposa e filho muito simpáticos.
Tudo perfeito na habitação: Limpeza, equipamentos, roupa de cama, toalhas e tudo o que é necessário.
Localização estratégica. Tudo por perto (Carrefour Express a 100 m, cafeteria para refeição matinal se não quiser cozinhar, farmácia, etc.). Apenas uma ressalva. Fui de carro e o estacionamento é perto mas a diária é um pouco cara.
Não usei o carro para conhecer as atrações de Sevilha. Fiz tudo a pé. Ótima localização.
Agradeço ao Juan e família. Com certeza indico a outras pessoas

Beautiful Seville
Ideal position for many of the main attractions. Walkable 15 minutes to the Cathedral and Alcatraz Palace and Plaza Espańa.
The accommodation is good for a base point. Because it is a basement apartment and in the old town, buildings are very close together and so there is very little natural light and therefore quite dark inside. Overall enjoyed our time in Seville.

Fantastico lugar
Es una de las mejores estancias que hemos tenido cuando hemos viajado. El apto es maravilloso, muy limpio, lindo, bien decorado y comodo. Super centrico, con montones de lugares para comer o beber cerca. Los dueños del apto muy amables y serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda o pregunta. Altamente recomendable.

Appartement dans une petite rue sombre=l'appartement est sombre. Les égouts de la rue embaument en permanence l’intérieur de l'appartement ,qui même fenêtres ouvertes,les odeurs restent !

Muy bien situado, todo muy limpio, detalles muy bonitos habían adornado la casa con motivos Navideños, los dueños nos esperaron hasta las 10 y pico de la noche que llegamos, nos dieron explicación de todo y de muchos sitios para comer bien.

Pablo was so nice. We arrived more than 2 hrs late because we got lost while driving through Córdoba. He met us at the apartment when we finally arrived. El apartamento es genial, al igual que la ubicación, todo nos quedaba muy cerca andando. Reme encantadora, nos atendió y mostró la casa, nos facilitó mapas y lugares de interés. La equipación del apartamento está muy bien, y las camas son cómodas, la única pega que veo, es que en las habitaciones se oye mucho el ruido de la calle.
El apartamento es genial, los propietarios siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades y hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo, a pesar de la lluvia. A tener en cuenta si volvemos.
