⭐ Modern and updated throughout
⭐ 2 level townhouse
⭐ Luxury features: air conditioning, terrace with lounging furniture, granite counters, marble floors
⭐ Central downtown - walk to everything.
⭐ The main floor has a living room, a kitchen, the master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and a private deck.
⭐ The lower level has two bedrooms with an open concept (no doors), a full bathroom and the laundry room. There is a hallway and stairs that separate the bedrooms. It is modern with a touch of history - many people say this level is the best part of the house.
⭐ This is better than hotel rooms, relax in a 1,600 square foot home, cook your own meals, kick back and relax.
⭐ You will have access to the entire two floors and the outside deck.
⭐ The host is a rated as a Superhost.
⭐ The chateau style architecture of this townhouse is impressive to say the least, but this unit has been completely modernized.
⭐ Smart TV

Great location. Easy access to Metro. Lots of ethnic food options nearby.

The property is exactly as pitched Cleanliness and supplies were good
I give it 9.5 out of 10 only because parking is an issue if that is how you arrive Also the en suite shower stall was slippery so we used the bath mat inside Nothing onerous
Location is well within three metro stations, st Catherine's bistros and restaurants, supermarket one block away, shopping mall four blocks west
But the three day metro pass

The house worked perfectly for my family, which included my 22-and 24-year-old children. We spent most of our days exploring the city, but did play games in the living room at night. As others have noted, the house is only a block away from a street lined with restaurants and stores. We chose to drive to the locations we visited; we did have to pay to enter the parking garage near the house despite the “$20.00 per day notice.” We sometimes spent $40.00 to $60.00. Public transportation would have solved that issue. As for distance from the sites, the house is perfectly situated. I don’t think we drove more than 15 minutes to visit the ones on our list. We were pleased.
