Situated only 8 minutes from the KY Horse Park, and 15 minutes from Downtown Lexington and Keeneland Racecourse. This quaint home blends coziness with natural, modern elements to ensure a pleasant stay for any occasion. Bring your crew to experience a day at the tracks, a bourbon tour, or a KY family getaway! (Fireplace is a decorative feature and is NOT operational for fire use. It is not included in the list of amenities).

Very clean and modern home in a nice neighborhood. Close to many dining options and grocery store and minutes to downtown Lexington. The hosts communicated every detail leaving no questions about property access or amenities. Pet friendly even though we did not bring any pets. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the place was nice. There were a few things missing or "out of place" that took a bit to find, or we improvised.

The house was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the air conditioning unit but the property manager did everything they could to get things fixed as quickly as possible.

Just ten mins from the horse park, super clean, comfortable beds and pet friendly— it checked all the boxes for us!!
