Cascina Marenco is a charmingly restored traditional farmhouse with attached apartments, surrounded by tranquil grounds featuring a pool and a lovely garden.
We’ve made every effort to preserve the unique character of this typical Piedmontese stone house: the perfect place for your stay in the Langhe.

QUICK INFORMATION

Cascina Marenco consists of 4 independent apartments plus our home.
Barbera is one of the 4 apartments available to guests.
The swimming pool, the garden, the panoramic terrace, the BBQ area, and the laundry room are shared by all guests of the country house.

An enchanting and rustic apartment with exposed beams and old Langa stone walls.

1–4 guests | minimum stay 3 nights

Located on the first floor. Total size 60 sqm with terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen area.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with either a double bed or two single beds.
Bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, and bidet (+ hair dryer).
Free Wi-Fi.
1 free parking space next to the house (with electric charging available).

From the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Langa Astigiana.
On the terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs.
Relax in the sun by the pool or find some shade under the pergola with a book and a cold drink.

The apartment is usually booked individually, but you’re welcome to book it along with the other apartments for larger groups (up to 15–17 guests).

- bed linens (with extra pillows and an extra comforter. One change per week upon request)
- towels (a set of three towels per guest: S, M, L. One change every 3 days upon request. Swimming pool towels are not provided)

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the courtyard, the garden, the BBQ area, and the swimming pool area.
Check-in: from 4 p.m. onwards.
Check-out: before 10 a.m.
If check-in/out times need to be changed, this must be notified at the time of booking.
To ensure public safety, Italian law requires hosts to provide guests’ personal information to the police. For this reason, guests are required to present their IDs or passports for registration (for all individuals listed on the reservation) at check-in.

- You may not host more people than those registered.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Quiet hours: 1 p.m.–4 p.m. | 10 p.m.–8 a.m.
- Please recycle using the provided bins.
- Please respect our home and take care of it as if it were your own.

We live in the same farmhouse, so if you need anything, you can quickly contact us via the email address or cell phone (WhatsApp) whose details we will provide you.
Upon your arrival, we’ll be there to welcome you, show you around the house, and answer any questions you may have!

We provide our guests with all the information they’ll need to make their vacation an unforgettable experience. We can arrange tastings of local wine and other products.
