Relax in this unique accommodation right on Lake Maggiore. From the top floor of Villa Ottolini, you’ll enjoy a fantastic, panoramic view of the lake. In the evenings, you can experience beautiful sunsets here. The apartment is fully equipped and offers our guests every comfort for an unforgettable vacation. It’s well worth getting to know this breathtaking corner of the world—whether it’s summer, spring, or fall. Every season here has something magical about it.

The Accommodation
Welcome to the attic apartment. Here, you’ll feel like you’re on a houseboat, surrounded by the lake on all sides—including a dreamy view. There are two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining room, a beautiful bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the lake.

Our guests also have access to two lawn areas on the property. Surrounding Villa Ottolini are additional well-maintained green spaces as well as various access points to Lake Maggiore.

Life at Villa Ottolini is on the quieter side. You won’t find mass tourism here—instead, the small town of Arolo offers a taste of typical Italian life. Still, you won’t have to go without anything. For example, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach, where you can enjoy delicious Italian pizza at a restaurant. We offer a bread delivery service, you can rent a SUP from us, and if you have a motorboat, the small harbor has a rental spot for it right at the dock. A nearby ferry will take you to all the sights around the lake. Have fun!
