The Accommodation

On the first floor are the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, a study with a double bed, a large bedroom (double bed) with an en suite bathroom (equipped with a shower and a bathtub), and a guest restroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a large bathroom with a shower. There is also a small rooftop terrace.
The kitchen is very well equipped. It has everything from a coffee maker to a waffle maker and even a barbecue thermometer.
The property is perfectly suited for families with children and babies. There are two playgrounds with swings (including a baby swing), slides, and a sandbox. Both playgrounds are shaded by trees, allowing children to play safely even in the middle of summer.
The outdoor pool (salt-treated) can be heated, making it usable in the spring and fall as well. It has an automatic cover, so you can let the children play in the yard with complete peace of mind. In the garage (which fits two cars), there are plenty of pool toys, including a small water slide.
The outdoor shower is perfect for a quick hot or cold rinse after playing in the pool. You can then enjoy the sun on the lounge chairs by the pool.
The house is equipped with two high chairs for children and a crib.
There is a bocce court, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table (in a separate room next to the garage).
For barbecuing on the terrace, a Weber grill is available, as well as a fire pit where you can toast bread or marshmallows or simply warm up.
Firewood for the large fireplace in the living room or for the fire pit is available in ample quantities in the shed.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The small town of Saint Cannat is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can do all your daily shopping there. Two large supermarkets are a 5- to 10-minute drive away.
