Welcome to our new farmhouse style 1 bedroom bungalow with a full kitchen and a large bathroom featuring a spacious double vanity. 2 large flat screen tv's are located in the living room and bedroom for watching your favorite Netflix shows using wi-fi . (No cable service is provided). In unit washer and dryer.
The space
This small farmhouse bungalow has high vaulted ceiling’s with a generous kitchen and big views off the private back deck.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to hike the fully fenced 30 acres. Please be careful and keep in mind there are potentially snakes and other wild animals on the ranch.

Wineries – Within minutes of Madrona Ranch are Bell Springs Winery, Westcave Cellars Winery, Driftwood Estate Winery, Solaro Estate Winery, Wimberley Valley Winery, Duchman Family Winery, Bella Vista Ranch, and more. Breweries and Distilleries – The Austin area has become a brewery and distillery mecca. Three heralded breweries with tasting rooms, Jester King Brewery, Twisted X Brewing, and Thirsty Planet, are located in or near Dripping Springs, and the granddaddy of them all, Real Ale Brewing, has a fun Friday tour and tasting at their brewery in Blanco. Acclaimed distilleries including Dripping Springs Vodka (and Gin), Deep Eddy Vodka, and Treaty Oak Distilling, also make their home here, as does apple cidery, Argus Cidery.
Shopping – Just down the road is the charming village of Wimberley. Situated around the town square and just beyond are a variety of unique and locally owned shops filled with special antiques, art, furnishings, and more. On the first Saturday of the month from March – December, Wimberley hosts the Wimberley Lions Market Days, the oldest outdoor market in the Texas Hill Country and the second-largest in the state.
Nature and Adventure – Dripping Springs is nestled next to one of our state's most visited parks, Pedernales Falls State Park, which holds a dramatic waterfall as its centerpiece. Hamilton Pool Nature Preserve, also nearby, likewise boasts a breathtaking 50 foot rock overhang and waterfall. Also just minutes from Madrona Ranch, Blue Hole Regional Park in Wimberley has long been a destination in the Texas Hill Country for swimming, camping, and enjoying nature along spring-fed Cypress Creek. For the adventurous type in your wedding party, Wimberley Zipline Adventures will take them soaring above Hill Country canyons and creeks. And for those looking for a relaxing float down a cool river, there is tubing nearby in Wimberley, New Braunfels, and Gruene.

The bungalow was extremely neat and tidy. Bright and nicely furnished with all of the furniture very comfortable, especially the bed and bedding. Nice extras like a bluetooth speaker, shampoo and conditioner, coffee, creamer and sugar, water and ice already made. Site is semi-isolated so that was a big plus for me as I enjoyed sitting out on the porch and enjoying the vast viewshed and birds. My only suggestion would be to have a table or luggage rack or someplace to store clothes/luggage. I brought in the side tables by the couch in order to have a place to put my small suitcase. The table in the photo now has a nice tv on it so that extra amenity made use of the table not possible.
