Fully renovated home with a welcoming front and back yard. Enjoy activities such as cornhole, horseshoes, ping pong, or simply sit by the fire pit. This house is truly two-in-one with the top and bottom level, each with a full kitchen, primary bedroom/bathroom, fireplace, and living area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper deck with gorgeous mountain views. Or, come down to the lower level and unwind in the yard. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for relaxation and fun.

Ash was SUPER responsive throughout the time we were defining our trip with multiple families for a family reunion. The house itself is spacious with a fun, electic array of art throughout the house. The fooseball table and old school PacMan game was a huge hit with the kids! We enjoyed the back yard area and the spacious open kitchen, dining, family area for our gathering. Location was excellent to all the things we wanted to do. I hope we get a chance to stay there again in the future!

Our group stayed 5 nights in late August 2024. Two of our adult children live in Albuquerque, so we are familiar with the area. This neighborhood is one of the better areas in Albuquerque and it’s safe. The home was clean and in good condition. The pictures on the listing were accurate. The host was easy to communicate with and even allowed us early access to the home when we arrived in town earlier than expected.
If you are not familiar with Albuquerque, please be aware that many homes are cooled with swamp coolers. If you’re not used to Albuquerque heat you may be uncomfortable in a home that does not have refrigerated air. We enjoyed the refrigerated air in this home and being able to cool the home to a temperature we’re used to.
