The laundry room has a washer and dryer for guests to use. Laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets are provided.
Springfield is a historic district with homes under multiple stages of revitalization. The neighborhood is walkable with retail, dining and breweries a few blocks away. Downtown is approximately 1 mile away with easy access to TIAA Bank Field (1.5 miles), Daily Place Amphitheater (2 miles) and the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena (1.3 miles). It is 14 miles from Jacksonville International Airport and 16 miles from the beaches.
Owners live in the upstairs unit and will be accessible for any questions, concerns or recommendations by phone, messaging or a knock on the door.

You’ll fall in love with this home. It’s magical and unique. Fully equipped with anything you might need. Beautiful and supreme decorated. Backyard is a retreat. Great bed too!!
