Serenissima San Marco is a beautifully renovated, design-forward home in the San Marco/Castello area—about a 4-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and ideally located for exploring Venice on foot. You’re close to the highlights, yet on a quieter Venetian lane away from the busiest crowds.
The space
This is a private, single-unit home with an independent entrance (no shared indoor common areas with other guests). The entry hall is on the ground floor (generally in a “dry zone”), and a short internal staircase leads up to the main apartment.

Walk to Venice’s most iconic sights, restaurants, and cafés in minutes. The closest vaporetto stop is San Zaccaria, with a direct Alilaguna Blue Line connection to/from Venice Marco Polo Airport. If you’re arriving by car, parking is available at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto, then continue by vaporetto or water taxi.

Brilliant location and perfect for all major attractions and 5 minutes from the water.Host communication was fantastic, apartment is amazing, spacious and perfectly clean.Access easy and would definitely stay there again when we go back to Venice.
