Nice spacious loft, had everything we needed for a short stay. My kids loved the recliner with the massage! Walking distance to Playhouse Square and across the street from university.

The bedrooms were quite noisy at night - not sure if it was the traffic or the AC outside, or the fact that it was 4th of July, but I had to get earplugs for the second night. Also, the parking was a bit tricky to find - make sure to check the photos provided by the host and read detailed instructions carefully. We have arrived quite late at night, and the designated parking spot was taken. We had to park in some other free spot and notified the host. She replied immediately and confirmed it was OK despite the late hour (appreciate it!). No issues after that, the designated parking was free the next morning.

the host, location, apartment, amenities, etc.

It was very charming and clean! The host was super nice especially helping us navigate to the parking garage. It had been a rushed 4 trip after doing the same round trip the day before. It wasn't far from the Cleveland Clinic. The view was great too. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the reason we had to be there but thats not the facility's fault. If I had to say anything ot would be the elevators are very outdated but again that's not something the Loft owner could control.

We loved everything about this place! I wish it was avaliable next week too!
