Terrible , look neat if you don’t pay attention or check before using stuff. and feels DIRTY and it stinks , I brought

The location

The unsanitary conditions / it felt very DIRTY. Look neat but feels DIRTYYYYYY and itchy. The animal smell soon as you entire the place. The fridge had so much stains on the door handles (look behind those handles it’s filthy dirty look like poop was thrown on there I have videos and pics) we didn’t see it until we brought groceries to put in there … also an open water bottle soon as you open the fridge lets you know they didn’t check everything before renting. The dead baby flies as well. The freezer make sure to look in the ice maker because it was soda spilled all in the ice maker. It was almost like we were being pranked or something. They don’t tell you that you won’t have no pool access until after you paid already and they put a no refund policy.. all the extra rules come after you have paid. Also within the first hour of arriving the parking garage had someone blowing their horn so loudly causing a disturbance to where everyone started coming outside to see what the commotion was for.. we learned after the third rude and long horn blowing that they were blowing our car which was directly Infront of the assigned apt to match the garage parking. The white male blowing the horn said that’s his parking and his apartment, we were Confused and contacted them and they said it’s reserved parking which made no sense but okay. So we moved. We booked four days and only stayed that night and left immediately in the morning and they kept texting us even on the third party app as if we were still there. Because they tried to dodge accommodation for the other 3 nights we never stayed. Booking asked was we willing to pay for night one and then see about the refund for the rest of the nights we didn’t stay. They also lied to us about housekeeping coming in the morning that didn’t happen .. we left Saturday morning. It was NOT worth what they ask for . It’s disgusting . I never complain on booking but for them I had to, to save somebody else.
