It was just a great all around experience. We have nothing at all to complain about or dislike about this property.

We loved everything about this property

Beachfront

1) Elevator waits were totally unacceptable. Even before the 3rd elevator went out of service, the wait was entirely too long. We waited for ONE HOUR for an elevator when we needed to check out. There was no way to move all of our belongings without a cart/elevator, so we were stuck waiting. The other guests seemed equally exasperated. 2) insufficient towels provided required me to wash towels every day, which wasn’t much of a vacation. 3) glasses/dishes/pans in cabinets were dirty upon arrival and were washed and put through the dishwasher before they could be used. 4) my son has what looks like a bite mark that happened during his sleep- see picture. Maybe a bat. He will have to let his doctor treat him for possible rabies exposure. 4) no place to hang wet items after beach visits was very inconvenient. A retractable clothes line in the bathroom or at least a drying rack would be a helpful addition. 5) pool water was cloudy and unappealing. As a pool owner, had to pass. 6) porch light out on balcony.
