Easy-to-follow instructions on how to get the key, which was great. The location is perfect! Having the tram right outside was awesome!
The Wi-Fi lagged a bit, but there were moments when it worked fine. We couldn’t really watch TV or stream anything because it just kept buffering, but we weren’t in the apartment much, so it wasn’t a huge issue.
The pillows were too soft for me. Even with two pillows, my head just sunk into them.

Beautiful view, comfy beds, nicely furnished, everything we needed, great communication, had a great stay. Pool and spa are lovely.
Oven didn’t work (host was already aware but hadn’t advised - disappointing when we had bought food that needed to be heated in the oven). But everything else was excellent.

Location was great, within walking distance to all attractions. Room was spacious.
Cleaning of the room could be improved, build of dust on top of refrigerator, and we had to change the pillow cases as the smelt bad as if the were put on not dried properly.

Only one key
It was 5 of us . If someone goes out with the key others are stuck inside. We were struggling with it . It would be really amazing to have at least 2
