Post the first day problem, it was over all nice experience and host also responded and got things like the Call-in bell fixed.
The keys were in lock box. But the main gate of complex was through Call in Bell.
Our flight was at night. We had informed in advance about late check in. But when we reached the property the main gate did not open with the Call in Bell. We were stranded for more than half an hour with child and all luggage. Only when someone else came to the building, we managed to get in. That night, it the host was not reachable.

Location is the best!
The place needs some TLC and many things are leaky such as the sink areas and may indicate prior water damage under floors and behind sinks as evident by the collection of white powder in the corners of the floorboards . Also, the showers need some refurbishing to feel more cleaner.
