Very friendly & helpful front desk team, and an exceptionally clean, bright, spacious apartment. The Marmaray train station which takes you to the center and the Asian side is very close. There’s a seaside promenade within walking distance that makes for a pleasant stroll, and a nice modern area called Fişekhane with lots of restaurants is 2 metro stops away en route to the center.

We especially appreciated the hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism of the staff. Every request we had was handled immediately and with genuine care. We were given a quiet room as requested, and the staff arranged taxis for us several times, always carefully keeping track of their arrival. This was especially important on the day of our departure, when they made sure our taxi to the airport arrived on time. Throughout our stay, we truly felt like very welcome and valued guests. We specifically chose a room with a kitchen, and it was very well equipped with everything we needed. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, yet we hardly ever noticed when the cleaning was done — a wonderful example of how discreet and considerate the housekeeping staff were. Although the hotel is located in a lively neighbourhood, our room was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable at night. If you have any time left after exploring Istanbul, there is also a good selection of TV channels in different languages. The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops and cafés nearby. Marmaray is only a few minutes’ walk away, and the seaside promenade is also close by and perfect for a pleasant walk. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily choose Rai Premium Hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul. We would also recommend it to our friends without hesitation. 1.Breakfast was not included with the stay. 2.The hotel did not offer good value for money compared to the overall experience. 3.It was very difficult to sleep due to the loud street noise, which continued until around 2:00 AM. 4.Guests are charged an additional fee if the access card is lost. 5.It is recommended to carry enough Euro cash to cover your stay, as card payment may not always work properly. 6.The reception staff were friendly and polite; however, the check-in process was extremely slow.
