Shore 2 Reminisce

The coziness of the unit. The bed and the convertible sofa bed.

The management of the Shore residences itself. We failed to have a smooth check in due to the miscommunication of the front desk people and the management.

The position close to the Airport and to Mall of Asia. Room was clean.

First off there is no place to leave your baggage if your flight arrives early. There is a luggage storage that is about 700m away which costs 5$ per piece. Second of all the host or at least the person with which have communicated is not the most welcoming person, nor does it provide too many directions or follows up with you to see if got into the apartment just fine. There was only 1 big towel in the room, he asked for a picture, we sent it and his reply was "the cleaning stuff must have made a mistake". but he did not make attempt to get us another one even though we stayed there 2 nights. nope, nothing after that, 0 you know given. Then there is the positioning of the apartment. It is right between the 2 elevator rooms. So you will be hearing all the time DING DING DING even though its not from your floor that ding, but also from the ones above and below. Really annoying especially at night when there would be people arriving and leaving and making noise as well. Also during our 2 night stay we encountered cockroaches, one even got into our luggage, which was well a little nightmare. Good luck feeling comfortable changing into "fresh" clothes. The bathroom is very small, its got like 1.5m x 1m. But that is not the worst of it, the worst is that sink which is scary dirty. i can say that i didnt even want to put my hands near it while washing my face or teeth. Pictures attached. I didnt even bother telling the host as nothing would have changed during our stay.
