Excellent location in a nice neighborhood. Excellent value.

We really liked that the property had a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage space to unpack our belongings. It was also very cozy and bright, thanks to the two windows.

Unfortunately, no towels were provided when we arrived. The bed linens were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. We also felt that the overall cleanliness of the property could have been much better.

Comfortable cozy and beautiful gardens

The shower tub sucked

The location was amazing, right beside the sky train station.

I booked the king room, however it was NOT a king size bed which was extremely disappointing. As other reviews have stated, the bathroom wasn't very clean. It really just needs a deep clean which would make a huge difference, especially when this is a common complaint among other reviewers. This isn't the fault of the owners, but the other people staying in the downstairs rooms of the house were extremely loud and disrespectful of the other people staying at the house. I also received a message welcoming me to the property and encouraging me to reach out if I needed anything at all, such as extra pillows. I replied to that message requesting an extra pillow. Never received a reply, but got another message the next day, which I assume is auto generated, asking me to reach out if I needed anything. I never did receive a reply or an extra pillow. It's like they try to be helpful and act like they want you to be satisfired with their messages, but then don't respond to the messages or requests. Pretty dissapointing!
