J'ai beaucoup apprécie la situation géographique de l'hôtel; la vue, l'accès facile à l'hôtel ainsi que la proximité avec certaines structures indispensables. Le petit dejeuner variait tous les matins et était disponible même jusqu'à midi. Le personnel était accueillant, disponible.

Dans la chambre où j'etais, il n'y avait pas de placard à linge. Ce qui était un peu embarrassant parce qu'il fallait garder les vêtements dans les valises pendant tout le séjour de 16 jours. Le TPE de l'hotel n'acceptait pas de carte visa. Mais celui du restaurant était opérationnel.

The only positive aspect of the stay was the airport taxi service, which was smooth and well-organized.

Unfortunately, the property does not match the description or photos. The location is much farther than advertised, and the hotel is directly in front of a gas station. The windows face it at a very close distance, so there is no privacy — you have to keep the curtains closed at all times, and there is constant noise from cars. The first room I was given did not even have a key, and I was told staff would open it each time. After requesting another room for privacy, I was moved to one that was even less clean. Overall cleanliness was poor — during my 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned, towels were not changed, and I had to take out trash myself. Communication with staff was very difficult. Most of them did not speak English or Russian, so I had to rely on a translator, which led to constant misunderstandings. For example, I requested ironing service and was simply given an iron and told to do it myself. Service was inconsistent and uncomfortable at times. One staff member would try to enter the room frequently without clear reason. Staff behavior overall was very informal, and due to the room being close to reception, there was constant noise. Breakfast was very limited — only a fixed English breakfast delivered to the room at one set time, with no flexibility. Payment and documentation were also unprofessional. I was required to pay before checkout despite requesting otherwise, and the invoice provided did not meet proper standards.
