Location and ease to find. General layout of the property was fine and property was as described
The mattresses were not the best, the carpet and walls were somewhat marked and it wouldn't have hurt to cut the grass. The Dartboard and pool table were a joke with the dartboard not fit for purpose and the pool table ripped and virtually unplayable.

A perfect stay! A beautiful home, clean and spacious, and with all the facilities you need and added extras! The games room and trampoline were a welcome bonus. The host was prompt, communicative, and so gracious with accommodating our requests. The property is well-located for Leicester city centre (without being in the midst of the hustle and bustle) and great for exploring further afield. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance, which is handy. We had such a smooth, comofortable visit; we would love to stay here again, and hope to book again soon!
We wished we had stayed longer!
