It was possible to get an early check in, and the host met us at the apartment and helped us check in. Everything about the check in was really smooth and nice.

The apartment was clean enough, but the floors was not clean at all. We all had to wear outdoor shoes inside, because otherwise our feet would get too dirty. There was a vacuum available, that we used a couple times, that was nice. There was also housekeeping that came by the apartment every other day, but they only made the beds. The floor was never mopped.

Great location in the centre of town

We stayed at the property for 7 days and we were only provided 3 rolls of toilet paper. When we requested more they said they would not provide anymore as they were a short stay agency. There were quite a few finishing details which could be resolved quite simply like holes in the walls. Further there was not enough body wash and the tile floors were filthy and had not been mopped in a long time leaving our feet black. We also attempted to clarify where we were to take the bins when we left the property and the host could not provide the location despite requesting the guest take out the rubbish.
