It is a unique and comfortable place for me, very unlike chain motels that I frequent. Though there is little to no contact with staff, they are a text message away and responsive to the questions or needs I have had. And there is a coffee machine, soft drinks and snacks/breakfast things available whenever you might have a need.
If you are uncomfortable about a stain on the carpet or perfect furniture you might not like this place.

It is historic, and the location is hard to beat. A minute or two walk to Main Street where food and retail stores are abundant. I also like the fact there are no televisions in the rooms - sleep encouraged!
My first room had a difficult shower for me but they moved us to another room with a modern bathroom immediately.

The room was nice and clean. Had a feel of yesteryear about it . Kept good and cool temperature. Had a lot of potential
Grounds were not kept up. No worker onsite. Had to call their sister property ( who were very nice and helpful) for any issues. Bed was hard. Location was in a residential area.

It was a pretty place but not what I wanted
The beds were horrible the chair and autumn was broke down
