Everything was good, just the mattress of the bed wasn't 100% comfortable. The staff was friendly and kind.

The view from the room onto the garden was so relaxing. The room was really clean, thumbs up for the free water bottles ! The social areas are lovely, welcome drink too and I loved the vibe of the rooftop ! Even better with the free yoga class in the morning and the ability to leave your luggage and still enjoy the amenities after check-out. Lovely place !
The noise isolation and the portable AC aren't ideal, the room was very warm at night ! Maybe a ceiling fan could be a better solution ! Overall great stay though.

The welcome cocktail was good.
Rude service when we arrived. Santiago (Feb 21 in the afternoon) did not finish our check in before trying to sell tours to other clients. He showed a pretty girl around but no information for us (like wifi or the amenities). The guy at the reception the next day (Feb 22) was much nicer.
I would not recommend it if you would like some rest. We had a private room with bathroom on the 3rd floor. It was very noisy until past midnight and during the whole morning.
Finally, the hostel is not in a very nice part of Poblado.
