Wonderful apartment, great host, great location: quiet but not far from the city center, not far from shops, in fact there is a small supermarket in that very same building where the apartment is (but only accessible from the outside, around the corner on the street, so absolutely no drawbacks like customers coming and going,...). About the host: the communication was excellent, and the host was also very accomodating: we were moving from another apartment in Tartu and had 4 hours in between checkout there and the official checkin time at Lootuse 2a. I explained this to the host, and she did her best to reduce that time in between to the minimum, and indeed, it turned out to be only a minor waiting time after our checkout from the other apartment in Tartu. Conclusion: very highly recommended!

Owner/host is very helpful and the apartment is pretty and comfortable. Bed is comfortable and the large tv on wall with Go3 channels/movies/shows was great. There is a Rimi shop downstairs so it is easy to buy food and cook in apartment (nicely equipped kitchen). Very good find in Tartu!

The door code system is not great and I had several difficulties getting in - to the point I avoided going out so I dont have to contact and disturb the owner again. Host always picked up phone within minutes and helped solve problems tho. Room temperature was also set on 22 degrees which is little low for my liking. Bathroom was nice and warm.
