Great staff, best roof top bar, awesome location

Location is great. Beautiful rooftop for breakfast or cocktails. Rooms were quirky

25Hour Hotels all have a fun atmosphere and at the same time a focus on comfort - the Sydney one was no exception. We really like them.

Small points only - the bathroom was big but the lighting not so good, the balcony not so clean, and there were no notices in the room for sustainability protocols, don't disturb signs, or mini-bar prices.

The art and concept is well executed. The roof bar is quite nice

For a "luxury" stay it really fell flat. After staying over the past two weeks at the Swissotel Sydney and the Sofitel Adelaide. The staff just don't have it. No one was rude or unprofessional but it lacked any of the polished services I'm accustomed to. I had to take my own bags to the room, the hotel tour was rushed and I'm awkwardly holding my room key, bags, phone. Honestly for the price and service I received I won't be in a hurry to come back. Plus the lack of parking or parking services offered is very disappointing. I'm sorry I missed that before booking otherwise I wouldn't have booked.
