We stayed at Tam Coc My Tho Homestay for four nights. The property is spotlessly clean and in a quiet location about 10 mins walk to the main street. Nice and clean good size pool which is in the shade most of the day. Newish building and everything works properly. The breakfast is delicious and well presented. I can tell the owner cares a lot of about the guests and she is always willing to help. We recommend to stay here if you are going to visit Tam Coc. We traveled two months in Vietnam and this is the best homestay we had the pleasure to stay at. If we ever come to Tam Coc, we will definitely stay here again for an extended period of time. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Absolutely one of my favourite homestays in Vietnam! The host and family are wonderful and so helpful with anything you need. I was able to organise a scooter and ongoing travel through them. The room was spotless like brand new spotless, and the bed was king size ! The breakfast was also delicious every morning with different options to choose from. They also have lovely dogs and cats that have been well taken care of. Stayed for 4 nights but could have stayed much longer.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here and would recommend this homestay without hesitation. The owner is exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome and was always available whenever I needed anything. She helped me organize my days in Ninh Binh, arranged transportation and rides for me, made suggestions, and helped coordinate everything so that I could simply enjoy exploring the area. Her kindness and personal attention were a very special part of my stay. The breakfasts were incredible! Every morning I was served an enormous, delicious and beautifully prepared breakfast with a wonderful variety of fresh fruit and different Vietnamese and Western choices. The portions were extremely generous, the ingredients were fresh, and breakfast quickly became one of the pleasures of staying here. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with beautiful, luxurious bed linens, drinking water and a small refrigerator. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, and I slept wonderfully. The property itself is lovely. It has a peaceful garden setting surrounded by lush tropical foliage, with a beautiful swimming pool that makes it a wonderful place to come back to after a long day exploring Ninh Binh. What made the stay truly memorable, though, was the hospitality. I arrived as a guest and was treated with such warmth and genuine care throughout my stay. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, immaculate room, extraordinary breakfasts and exceptionally kind host made this one of the loveliest homestay experiences I have had during my travels. I was genuinely sorry to leave and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended. ❤️
